Quarterbacks to Watch in Week 4 of the 2018 Fantasy Football Season

For quarterbacks to watch in Week 4 of the 2018 Fantasy Football season, I’m focusing on their matchups.

This is not only helpful in DFS, but if you want or need to stream quarterbacks, it’s one of the best places to start your research.

Right now, the New Orleans Saints, Kansas City Chiefs, and Pittsburgh Steelers have allowed the most Fantasy points to quarterbacks.

But because it could be a low-scoring game against the Steelers and Baltimore Ravens, Joe Flacco didn’t make my list this week.

These are the three quarterbacks that did…

Quarterbacks to Watch in Week 4 of the 2018 Fantasy Football Season, No. 3: Eli Manning

So far in 2018, the New Orleans Saints have allowed the most Fantasy points to quarterbacks, giving up an average of 32.3 per game.

And Manning has been building his momentum heading into this prime matchup…

Week Passing Yards Touchdowns Interceptions Fantasy Points
1 224 0 1 7.2
2 279 1 0 13.6
3 297 2 0 19.8

Ryan Fitzpatrick scored 42.3 points against this defense in Week 1, and Matt Ryan scored 40.2 Fantasy points in Week 3. If you’re looking for a replacement for Jimmy Garoppolo or own Cam Newton or Alex Smith, Manning is a viable streaming option for Week 4.

Quarterbacks to Watch in Week 4 of the 2018 Fantasy Football Season, No. 2: Case Keenum

The Kansas City Chiefs have faced solid quarterbacks in Philip Rivers and Ben Roethlisberger, but the defense is still allowing an average of 30.1 Fantasy points per game to quarterbacks.

Keenum has struggled a little this season with his new team, but he has enough weapons in Denver to make a Fantasy impact. In fact, Emmanuel Sanders is a top six wide receiver in PPR leagues right now.

The 30-year old quarterback also has Demaryius Thomas and Courtland Sutton to target. This has the largest Over/Under of the week at 55 points.

Quarterbacks to Watch in Week 4 of the 2018 Fantasy Football Season, No. 1: Andy Dalton

Dalton has more upside if A.J. Green is in the lineup, but he can get the job done if he’s not. Dalton dominated Baltimore in Week 2 with 265 passing yards and four touchdown passes, which gave him 26.6 Fantasy points.

Against the Atlanta Falcons, he has another chance to reach those totals.

With Joe Mixon out, Dalton attempted 46 passes in Week 3, which is a season high for the 30-year old quarterback. Against Atlanta and its potent offense, there won’t be much of a run game if Cincinnati gets behind.

He’ll pepper Green and Tyler Boyd with targets, and he’ll look for Tyler Eifert in the red zone.
